These terms cover your use of Sales Leadership Platform ("SLP"), a set of tools built and operated by Motivasean Coaching Team ("we," "us," and "our"). By signing in to or using SLP, you agree to them.

What SLP does

SLP helps a sales leader keep in touch with the agents on their team. It works with your own Google account and creates email drafts for you to review. If you turn on the sending setting, it can also send email from your own Gmail account.

Your account and access

Use SLP only with Google accounts you are allowed to use. You can stop at any time and remove SLP's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You review what goes out

SLP writes drafts, and sends email only if you turn on the sending setting. You decide what to edit and what goes out, and you are responsible for every message sent from your account.

Drafts can contain mistakes

Drafts are written with the help of an AI service and from information in your reports, so they can be wrong or incomplete. Check every draft before you send it.

Your data

How SLP handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

SLP is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using SLP.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law.
